Melon
Position: Producer
Physical Release & Steam Workshop
Coming soon to mobile and PC!
Melon is a role-playing puzzle story adventure board game where players assemble puzzle pieces to piece together the memories of a dog name Melon and to reveal a beautiful story with their owner.
Development Process
Melon was the final project for my Game Design Workshop class at USC in which I had less than a month and a budget of $25 to produce and deliver this game digitally and physically. As the producer for this game, I helped lead a team of 6 designers and artists to bring this emotional experience to our players.
Since Melon is a physical board game, we partnered with the company The Game Crafter to create the assets we need for the game. This meant I corresponded frequently with them to ensure that our puzzle pieces and other assets could be made given the constraint of our time and budget.
